Lennart Heywinkel is a co-founder and cybersecurity consultant at Mint Secure, an innovative cybersecurity startup specializing in consulting in the field of information and IT security.
He has been working in the IT industry for over 20 years and has gained extensive experience and in-depth knowledge in various areas of IT infrastructure during that time.
Early in his career, he worked as an IT specialist in system integration and gained a solid foundation in networking, server administration, and infrastructure development. Over the years, he continued to develop his skills and also began working as an instructor for IT specialists. He is deeply committed to passing on his knowledge and experience to the next generation of IT professionals and supporting them on their journey.
Over the past 8 years, he has increasingly focused on the field of IT security—in both defensive and offensive areas. Through targeted training and practical experience, he has developed in-depth knowledge in defending against IT threats as well as in conducting penetration tests and vulnerability analyses. Among other roles, he also served as an ISB. His goal is to protect companies from the ever-growing threats in the digital world while simultaneously developing preventive measures to ward off attacks.
Lennart Heywinkel specializes in Microsoft security and, as a Microsoft security expert, is able to optimize and secure the security architecture of Microsoft products. He advises companies on the implementation of security solutions and helps them design their infrastructure to be both secure and efficient.
